Doug Wright - President & CEO
Doug has spent the last 16 years as President & CEO of Strategic Solutions Group (SSG).
Since starting SSG in 2002, Doug and his team have helped about 100 companies secure more than $300MM in economic incentives and tax credits on both the federal and state level.
Doug Wright has a plethora of knowledge regarding economic incentives and tax credits. He continues to assist companies of all sizes to identify and secure these credits and instructs them how to identify and benefit from potential credits in the future.
Doug has also been very successful in other businesses in Oklahoma, including one of the premier indoor RV and boat storage facilities. Coach Port LLC has been the RV storage facility of choice for many music celebrities and professional athletes. Doug was formerly a successful restaurant owner in the Edmond area until divesting to focus on other promising business opportunities.
A life-long Tulsan, Doug is a graduate of Memorial High School and the University of Tulsa where he received his Bachelors of Business Administration, majoring in accounting in 1991 and earning his CPA designation in 2000.
Doug has been a life-long supporter of Special Olympics, as his brother has been a Special Olympian for the better part of 40 years. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for “Youth at Heart” and has spent the last 6 years on the Board at “A New Leaf”. Doug is also extremely active at the University of Tulsa and currently sits on the Tulsa Alumni Chapter Board of Directors. He has been married for 25 years and has two children.
Suzanne Wright - CFO
Suzanne has spent the last 13 years as CFO of Strategic Solutions Group (SSG). She is responsible for all the accounting and financing responsibilities for the company and also helps the account specialists file the quarterly rebate claims for SSG’s clients for the Oklahoma Quality Jobs Program.
Suzanne has 20 years of experience working at The Resource Group, specializing in revenue accounting for several oil companies throughout Oklahoma.
Suzanne’s professional career began with 2 years working for a national accounting firm that specialized in providing accounting services to companies in the floral industry followed by another 6 years working for The Williams Companies.
Suzanne also handles much of the accounting and finance responsibility for several other businesses in Oklahoma that she owns with her husband, Doug.
A life-long Tulsan, Suzanne is a graduate of Memorial High School and the University of Tulsa where she received her Bachelors of Business Administration, majoring in accounting in 1992.
Suzanne is very involved with the TU Alumni Association and Co-Chaired the last two “Garden Party Gala’s” for A New Leaf. Suzanne has also enjoyed being her son’s soccer team manager for the last 4 years. She has been married for 25 years and has two children.
Julie Pittman - Chief Compliance Officer
Julie Pittman has been with Strategic Solutions Group for over 10 years and brings over 30 years of experience in the financial and banking industry. This includes experience in operations, lending, income tax preparation, and financial analysis & planning. She works primarily with our clients who are both in the application process and the compliance claim preperation stage of the Oklahoma Quality Jobs program.
Julie has been a volunteer in several organizations, including Boy Scouts of America, Junior Achievement, and Tulsa and Sapulpa schools mentor programs. She served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children, and is active in Sacred Heart Church parish community in Sapulpa. She has been married to her husband Mark for 28+ years and they have one adult son. She enjoys reading, camping and travel.
